In this spell-binding episode, Quick Dick McDick’s been snowed out, so he takes to the kitchen and smoker to make two flavours of meatloaf, made with Saskatchewan beef.

“Maybe your meatloaf wants to identify as an octagon? Find a container. Make it happen. Let your meatloaf be who it wants to be,” said Quick Dick.

Here’s Quick Dick’s recipe:

HOW TO SMOKE MEATLOAF:

2lbs SK produced beef (or any local beef from a rancher)

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

3 eggs (chicken farts)

1 cup old fashioned oats

2 tbsp Worchestershire

3 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp dry yellow mustard

2 tsp Burnt Canoe

Smoke at 200F until internal temp reaches 160F

Sweet sauce:

3 tbsp Ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp burnt canoe

Spicy Sauce: 3 tbsp yellow mustard

2 tbsp sriracha

1/2 tsp cowboy thunder
