In searching for a great job in the oilpatch, unfortunately one can sometimes come across some people who are being quite dastardly. Scoundrels, even.

Saturn Oil & Gas posted this on their LinkedIn profile on April 22:

“We have recently become aware of fraudulent job postings and impersonators falsely claiming to represent Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. Please know that all legitimate Saturn job opportunities will be posted on our official careers page at https://lnkd.in/gN7WH5xY. Additionally, all official communications with candidates will come from company email addresses ending in @saturnoil.com; we never use personal email accounts or messaging apps for recruitment.

“If you receive suspicious job offers or communications that do not originate from verified sources, please do not respond. We appreciate these issues being brought to our attention in order to help maintain trust and integrity in our recruitment environment.”
