A year ago, the Saskatchewan Party government introduced the Saskatchewan First Act, which was subsequently passed into law. Now, it has made clear its intentions to use that act to take the fight to Ottawa on several climate change-related initiatives, including the Cleaner Electricity Regulations, Clean Fuel Standard, and proposed oil and gas emissions cap.
