Saskatchewan is getting serious about the possibility of large-scale nuclear power generation, with the announcement on Jan. 28 that SaskPower would begin the process of technology selection. That’s a fancy way of saying it’s going to pick a model of large reactor it would buy and build, if the province decides to indeed go down that path.
