On Nov. 4, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Steven Guilbeault released draft regulations on a cap on greenhouse gas emissions from the oil and gas sector of the economy. In the X post made on Nov. 4, Guilbeault continually refers to carbon dioxide as “pollution,” but does not refer to it as “plant food,” which it is.
