ronwyn Eyre, former Saskatchewan Minister of Justice and Attorney General, as well as former Minister of Energy and Resources, is the Canadian Constitution Foundation’s recipient of the inaugural Cartier-Macdonald Award. The new award recognizes Canadians who have shown exceptional leadership in advancing the principles of freedom.
